As an Assistant Branch Manager who has been with SENB Bank for over two years, Devan supports the Buffalo banking center by performing a number of duties. Devan works to build positive relationships with bank customers, processes loans, assists with opening bank accounts, and monitors branch operations.

When asked about the most rewarding part of being an Assistant Banking Center Manager, Devan said:

“The most satisfying part is learning how to best assist people so that they are getting all the benefits our bank has to offer and giving them the best customer service possible. I enjoy getting to know so many people and helping them in the best way I can. I feel like every single day I am learning something new, which I also enjoy because it keeps work interesting and gives me something to also look forward to each day. I also enjoy that each and every person I have the pleasure of working with makes this job more fun and motivating!”

As an experienced banking professional, Devan had the following advice for customers who are looking to partner with a local community bank:

“Give us the opportunity to show you all the benefits our bank has to offer! There are so many benefits in banking with us (our customer service, our checking and savings accounts, our easy-going staff, etc.). With us being a “smaller bank,” we focus a lot on working with our customers and making sure they know how important they are to us.”

Outside of Work

Devan enjoys playing volleyball year-round, rollerblading during the spring and summer, and is an avid reader.
