John R. “Dick” McClean, Jr.
Retired Juvenile Judge
John R. “Dick” McClean, Jr is a retired judge from the 14th Judicial Circuit Court. After 17 years presiding as Rock Island County’s juvenile court judge, a juvenile justice center was named in his honor when he retired in 2010. He joined the SENB Board of Directors in 2011.
Mr. McClean served as a former Chairman, Illinois Committee on Juvenile Justice. He currently serves on the Board of Directors with Arrowhead Youth and Family Services and previously served as a Board of Director for several not-for-profit organizations.
