Mara Downing serves as Vice President, Corporate Communications & Brand Management in addition to her role as President, John Deere Foundation. She joined SENB Bank Board of Directors January 1, 2020

Ms. Downing holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Ambrose University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ms. Downing is a tireless community volunteer and serves on a number of community boards including the John Deere Classic, the United Way of the Quad Cities, Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Opportunities Council (ROC), and the Lincoln Academy. She also serves on a number of campaign committees including the Quad Cities Culture Trust and co-chair of the United Way of the Quad Cities Community Campaign.
