Melany is located at our Bettendorf Banking Center. Previously a Realtor, Melany uses her industry knowledge to give her clients the best real estate experience possible.

Expertise

As a military spouse, she has moved 12 times and lived in nine states. That’s why she’s able to treat every transaction like she’s on the other side of it, having been there many times herself. Melany has helped hundreds of people achieve their homeownership goals and, above all else, she truly believes in raising the standards for the mortgage banking industry and ensuring that she is providing the highest level of customer service to all her clients.

Outside of Work

In her free time, Melany enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Her favorite activities are cooking, camping, hiking, and watching her kids play sports.
